Principal Accountabilities / Key Result Areas:
1. Defining and creating Voice service products, (ex: VMS, IVR, RBT, UMS, NGM, SMSC…etc), that is aligned with VAS & Company Strategy for fixed and mobile services.
2. Analyze new technologies and current standard evolution to assess their implications on the existing voice nodes architectures.
3. Planning and designing new services ensuring the right dimension (fully coordination with marketing department) by launching new marketing products, researching for new mobile voice Services trends and deploying new services.
4. Supporting revenue accounting and fraud management functions to prevent and correct any revenue leakage or business risk for existing products
5. Marketing Support (in investigation of new ideas feasibility)
6. Revising Roadmap of existing services/systems, and making sure it is applied accordingly
7. Definition of KPI
8. Performing the acceptance tests.
9. provide the technical assessments to the needed projects, requests, technical consultancy for the requested party & management
10. Manage Implementing corrective action came from utilization reports.
11. Monitor and increasing capacity for the existing services.
12. Manage Trial testing & implementing new node traffic distribution.
13. Benchmarking other vendors for the already existing services.
14. Negotiate with the vendor local marketing needs.
15. Reviewing & preparing the performance reports.
16. Preparing management reporting.
17. Following up the correct action deployment.
18. Following up Voice Nodes Optimization/Traffic distribution plans
19. Manage the new services testing and validation internally before starting UAT, and Managing the UAT Performing and ensure smooth service implementation.
20. Assess Business Continuity plan for Voice Service & Nodes.
21. Align with marketing for the existing and new solutions roadmaps.
22. Manage deployment of new product/Upgrade/service or enhancement.
23. Project management of installing new nodes/commissioning and integration within the network
24. Configuring the system according to the technical procedures
25. Researches for new ideas, and study the possibility of implementing them with the correct integration/plan, and report it to the management, to be produced to the business.
26. Have the capability of Develop and deploy new services, with the correct integration plan.
27. Managing Projects.
28. Making sure the processes are aligned according to the company’s procedures.
29. Attend meetings, workshops, training, and reporting the conclusions and key points, benefits, and pros & cons.
30. prepare the SOW for each new project, discuss it with the team, and reported to the management for validation

Qualifications and experience
• BSc. In Electronics/Tele Communication or computer Science.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Telecommunication Field
• Preferred existing knowledge with the major existing Voice systems suppliers
