Principal Accountabilities / Key Result Areas:
· Creation and assurance of Unified Data Communications Strategy including but no limited to PoC, IMPS, LBS, Video Streaming, IMS, HMC, BlackBerry push email, Intellisync push email, File & applications Sync & CBS that is aligned with VAS & Company Strategy.
· Lead the Unified Data Communications team to achieve short/mid/long term planning requirements.
· Defining Unified Data Communications products strategies and evolution with alignment of different Business entities.
· Coordinate with the MKTG on planning a Products and Services Calendar, defining MKTG Business & Technical requirement Scope for UDC projects.
· Outline all the fraud cases and Business risks.
· Assure early awareness for MKTG and Business users with benefits they can gain from new technologies, Nodes, upgrades and features.
· Review/Assess Business Continuity plan for UDC Nodes.
· Ensure performance and quality of the deployed services through assuring the process of performance reports form the switch side versus the equipment side.
· Ensure the capacity projects to be accomplished on time and with min costs.
· Prepare the Training plans, for all UDC personnel in coordination with team.
· Ensure the distribution of workload and technical skills gained by each team member.
· Create a team environment that fosters project delivery, team work and transparent communication.
· Setting objectives and priorities utilizing the available resources and technology.
· Feasibility study for introduction of new products including Market Research, Technical Feasibility, Operational Feasibility Financial Feasibility.
· Managing all aspects of change within the department with special emphasis on impact analysis of changes for processes or systems.
· Managing proper reporting for different services and business aspects supporting Management decisions.
· Managing the vendor / contracts negotiation for new nodes or services.
. Define new business processes & SLAs in alignment with Different entities.
· Manage the staff and HR relation and any requirements from both sides.

Qualifications and experience
· B.Sc. Communication /computer science
· Between 5 to 8 years of experience in the Telecommunication field with involvements in telecom, service creation, team management and analytical abilities. Knowledge in methodology of project management is also required.
