Principal Accountabilities / Key Result Areas:
1. Supporting Marketing in identifying their ideas feasibility, by investigating with the team the System features and capabilities.
2. Ensuring early awareness for MKTG and Business users with benefits they can gain from new upgrades / new trends in the industry.
3. Supporting Fraud department to find any revenue leakage or business risk
4. Ensuring update of Design rules
5. Supervising Definition of KPIs.
6. Roadmap with the team for existing IN services/systems working closely with vendors.
7. Projects Management to meet deadlines
8. Resources Management
o Allocation to projects, coaching, supervising,
o Preparing staff training plans, objectives and appraisals
9. Processes Definition, Modification and verification
10. Management Reporting
11. Vendor Management and participation in negotiation

Qualifications and experience
• BSc. In Electronics/Tele Communication or computer Science.
• Between 5 to 7 years of experience in the Telecommunication Field
• Existing knowledge with the major existing IN systems suppliers is a Must.
