Dubai IT Job Title: System Analyst Arabic Speaker
5 to 10 years relevant experience in a large and active service organization, out of which at least 3 - 5 years in relevant business analysis position.
Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic required
Develop training, marketing and implementation contingency plan for proposed systems/ processes.
Develop the implementation plan, cut-off plan, data migration and cleaning strategy in coordination with department users and the project manager.
Provide recommendations of new systems to the Strategy consultant (within the IT strategy and Policy department) to
Maintain accurate, up-to-date information and availability trends through information sources; and
Fulfil all reporting requirements of all relevant government rules and regulations.
