Dubai IT Job Title: Change Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to join our growing team of specialists.

As a Change Management Specialist your role will be to lead the overall change management program to facilitate the transformation of the business to achieve the anticipated benefits associated with the ERP implementation. You will also be responsible for aligning key organizational elements (people, process, and technology) to prepare for the ERP implementation.

Key tasks include:

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
• Ensure support and buy-in of business owners and manage proactively based on perceived level of acceptance and level of influence.
• Identify the impacts to employee’s job roles, daily tasks, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare and set expectations of challenges and learning curve associated with an ERP implementation.
• Set up and manage expectations, progress updates, issues, and risks with key stakeholders
• Help ensure that the project sponsor is aware, engaged, and demonstrates full support of the ERP program

COMMUNICATIONS
• Ensure that people understand upcoming benefits, opportunities and challenges associated with the ERP implementation
• Develop a communications strategy to identify the theme, audience, message, channel, timing, and owner for each communication need
• Develop and direct the implementation of a tailored communication plan regarding changes attributed with the ERP implementation
