Dubai IT Job Title: IT Support Executive
A leading International Audit Firm requires an IT support executive for its office in Dubai.
Applicants should have a graduate degree in IT with 4-5 years of relevant experience. Additionally, CCNA/MCSE certifications will be desirable.
)Providing full IT support to about 60 staff on a daily basis
)Provide help desk technical support on installed technology
)Perform system/network administration/maintenance function
)Participate in technology development projects
)Installing and setting up new network equipment and upgrading existing server and end user systems as required
)Training staff on new systems or software applications.
)Renewing licenses of the applications and servers
)Provide suggestions for improving the IT Infrastructure
)Vendor management and building the technology infrastructure for the firm is a key function of this role.
