+Study business requirements and develop design document
+Program systems as per approved design
+Manage tasks / assignments for Design & Development of small size
+Understand platform to suggest improving the processes & systems performance
=Ensure systems delivery as per laid down quality management standards
Key Result Areas
+Produce System Design Documents
+Develop software solution as per approved design
+Work independently for very small requirements to deliver
+Ensure the deliveries of modules / enhancements with in schedule
+Part of the implementation team for a card management system
+The job involves enhancements / maintenance of existing Core Banking system in LION. The incumbent is required to work as team member to achieve the delivery.
+Internal functions and work practices as per policy, compliance and procedures of the organization.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
+Graduate./ Post Graduate – Computer Science qualified preferred
+0-4 years of relevant experience preferably in cards technology
+Should have good communication skills and enhance work environment.
+Technical Experience in any Card Management System
+Knowledge of EMV and Visa / MasterCard certification will be an advantage
+Working knowledge of Oracle 10G including scripts
+Excellent analytical skills are required
