Core Responsibilities:
1. Explain detailed technical aspects / solutions to
customers and partners
2. Be responsible for generating proposals and quotations;
presenting and articulating proposal to customer
3. Develop and maintain trustful relationship with the
customer
4. Work closely with account managers and be the primary
person for providing related information, and addressing
and resolving customer inquiries and designing issues.
5. Help customers identify their issues, needs and
requirements.
