Core Responsibilities:
1. Resolve customer problems via the telephone, WEB,
E-mail, Chat or in person and will be responsible for
addressing customer technical issues through the use of
technical expertise, knowledge base, and any tools which
provide for the customer's success.
2. Initiate, track, and resolve customer's technical
issues and address them immediately or escalate the case
to the appropriate level of support. Will partner with
other technical staff members in support of various.
3. Ensure all field work is done in accordance with all
applicable International standards.
4. Responsible for day to day field operations and
installation of the proposed projects
5. Act as professional troubleshooter in installation and
or technical situations
6. Supervise work completed by sub contractors including
verification of accuracy of invoicing.
7. Responsible for the quick resolution of customer
complaints.
