We are looking for an IT manager with administrative and operational support, management and oversight responsibilities.
IT support will include day to day support for more than 500 users in multiple locations. Duties include the prioritization of issues, staff assignments and overall management of the IT team
The IT manager will lead a team of 7 Highly trained professionals some of whom will perform tasks in a matrix management environment to corporate. The IT Manager will serve as the liaison between the Dubai IT team and the Corporate IT team in the US.
Knowledge of IBM Domino/Lotus, Oracle on Unix platform and Cisco Routing, Switching of Voice and Data Network, SAN Infrastructure, virtualization and back office technologies would be a plus.
Lead in planning and implementation of IT Infrastructure
Overseas the administration and maintenance of the company’s infrastructure, and directs more junior innovators when necessary.
