Job Title: Cisco Data and Voice Network Analyst
Cisco Voice and Data Network Analyst – Dubai – Global engineering firm in Dubai urgently seeks a strong Voice and Data network design and support analyst to play a key role within their Network team.
You will hold Cisco certifications and have an excellent understanding of data networking fundamentals (5+ Years commercial experience) but at the same time be a key figure in the Voice Support team, at times be seen as the Voice Champion.
You will be able to provide design, implementation and support to all infrastructure related network technologies including data, voice, LAN/WAN and internet facing services.
Technically, you will have thorough knowledge and hands on experience with Cisco technologies and have the ability to analyse, troubleshoot, configure and fine tune Cisco switches, firewalls, wireless devices and Cisco based IP Telephony – Cisco Call Manager/Cisco Call Manager Express. You will have excellent English communication skills and be able to deal with all types of service issues in a prompt and timely manner.
