IT Job Title: IT Systems Specialist
A mid-level technical managerial / leadership position responsible for leading the high-level analysis, design, programming, modification, development, operation and implementation of software applications and software products.
May also be required to train, lead and manage the work of other smaller technical teams. Works with internal customers and/or vendors to develop new or custom features to software products/services.
·Analysis, design, development and testing of software applications.
·Managing Modifications and operational supervision of software applications.
·Managing the Implementation, customisation and support of third party software applications.
·Creation of project system specifications including but not limited to business metrics.
·Management of interaction with software product vendors.
·Management of interaction with resource vendors
