Job Title: Call Center IT Manager (Service Bureau MANAGER)
Description
Manage the Service Bureau Team and Provide needed support and operations for Service Bureau and all of its services to maintain availability and performance for all services with the acceptable level with customers. Deliver technical solutions that support the strategy and address the customer base requirements. Provide support on system and network related issues.
The position requires:
· An ability to learn on the job, attend training & attain a certification
· An ability to understand and follow systems development cycle
· An ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment,ability to manage teams efficiently.
· A proactive approach to problem solving
· A systematic approach and focus on problem identification and resolution
Minimum Skill Requirements
· Minimum 8 years industry experience.
· Information Technology graduate.
· Pervious experience as Operations Manager in a Data Center
· Experience with UNIX
· Experience in Database administration is a plus
· Knowledge of SWIFT is an added value.
· Experience in networking and communications.
· Excellent English communications skills.
· Strong Network and security experience
