Description/Profile	Excel Students Tutoring Pvt. Ltd. (a subsidiary of Excel Students Inc., a U.S. based online tutoring company) is looking to hire an Operations Managers for managing their online tutoring business operations. The responsibilities include ensuring that business operations infrastructure is stable and reliable to conduct business, management of employees, HR responsibilities, timely management and resolution of issues, providing status reports to management, and to ensure that business operations for providing online tutoring is running efficiently and effectively on an on-going basis. * Candidate with minimum of 10 years of business management experience * Candidate must have excellent communication skills and fluent in English* Candidate must be computer savvy and must possess some knowledge of IT aspects* Candidate must be willing to work U.S. timings* Candidate is preferred to have a MBA and Bachelors in Education or Engineering or IT field* Candidate having an experience in the Education industry is preferred
