Java/J2EE Application Consultant

You will be involved in system development life cycle including application development, implementation and post implementation review. You will also assist in technical design, quality review and testing of program codes, system integration testing, user acceptance testing and implementation roll-out.

+At least 2 years of working experience with good hands-on experience in J2SE, J2EE, J2ME programming
+Familiarity in Websphere Portal & Application server, MQ Series, DB2 or Apache HTTP Server will be advantageous
+Have working knowledge in one or more of the IBM product suite i.e. (IBM Websphere Integration Developer, IBM Websphere Process Server, IBM Websphere Message Broker, IBM Workplace Forms Designer and Viewer, IBM Workplace Forms Server) will be good

-Drafts and negotiates simple to complex contractual instruments commensurate with skills and grade level.
-Analyzes contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, and corporate policies and business unit procedure.
-Provides contractual guidance to business team members for appropriate Statement of Work.
-Manages contract change control process. Liaise and interact with concerned departments to incorporate inputs/changes to the draft contracts.
-Analyzes new law, regulation and contract trends for potential impact on business unit goals and objectives.
-Provides reliable guidance to internal business teams on corporate goals and objectives relating to contract activity. Focal point for all communication with law, finance and business team disciplines for resolution of contract issues and disputes.

Qualifications: Business related Bachelor Degree, Contract professional certification preferred
