Core Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all field work is done in accordance with all
applicable International standards.

2. Manage day to day field operations to ensure successful
installation of the proposed projects

3. Measure and monitor progress to ensure that projects
are delivered on time.

4. Secure resources, confirm schedules, communicate key
milestones, and project status.

5. Act as liaison with customer which includes attending
all required meetings, providing required reports,
submitting required paperwork.

6. Act as senior troubleshooter in complex installation
and or technical situations

7. Assist in training technicians on troubleshooting
techniques.

8. Providing weekly staffing reports and tech schedules to
ensure assigned work load is appropriate.

9. Supervise and approve work completed by sub contractors
including verification of accuracy of invoicing.

10. Ensuring the quick resolution of all customer
complaints.

11. Complete all paperwork in compliance with the policies
and procedures.
